We want you to love your Gimaguas pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form provided in the portal to ensure smooth processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
