Where does Gimaguas ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Spain to destinations worldwide.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders within Spain typically arrive in 2-4 business days, while international shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders outside the European Union, please note that custom duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
How should I care for my Gimaguas pieces?
Since many of our items are handcrafted or made with delicate knits, we recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry to maintain the garment's shape.
